Each community generates a learning designed in digital environments, with open data and virtual laboratories. This growing infrastructure includes a repository of educational resources for training in the four areas of knowledge that occupy the project. This effort culminates in a digital science portal centre, which would overcome geographical and socio-economic barriers by providing access to educational resources and opportunities.
